Next, select the account name you want to delete, choose Delete the account, click the Keep Files, and finally select Delete Account. Although the account was deleted but all the files on your desktop, and My Documents folder will be placed in a new folder on the desktop of the administrator account, but remember that all emails or other settings associated with your account will be lost forever.
42. Fix broken uninstraller:
